Return Policy:

• Orders may not be cancelled or altered after 24 hours of the time of receipt.
• No Unauthorized Returns Will Be Accepted.
• Defective or Damaged Products:

If A product is defective you must notify us within 4 business days, we will ship another at our own expense upon the return of the defective item. Prior to shipping back any product we must be notified either by E-mail or phone 419-472-8745 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number.

•  Unwanted Orders: Most companies that are distributed through us require a restocking fee. If you decide that you do not want your order after you receive it and it is because of no fault of the quality or craftsmanship. Please call us at 419-472-8745 within 4 days after receiving the order to let us know. We will then be able to determine the credit options for the items purchased. We will not issue any credit towards the freight that may have occured.
